DXO - EMBRACE YOU

Went to DXO after work yesterday...E Entry was free cuz Josh knows one of e managers and stuff...drinks all also covered for...Wow...Before i could step in...the bouncer..or the marshal as they call, told me to take off my cap and look at a camera...WTF? but still very sleak. LoL...Think its for security purposes or smth...

Stepped in...it was bare...hardly anyone around...PLUS it was 2am...Zouk would definately be crowded at this time...too bad its closed.

Barry showed me around the place...First, theres the Nook, ( Cigars Section ), Nest ( Outdoor section ), Barnova where u sip your delicious cocktails and the Patio where u watch e traffic whiz by.

The interior gives you the feeling that you are so petit in only one part of the club enjoying one sort of culture while the WHOLE club of more than one section is partying to the same music but through different cultures... You cant help but want to experience them all...The private lounges, wine cellars....WOW its very sleak.

Its a damm cool place...The music was good as well with Jason.T , one of the resident DJs...Playing House music...

The only problem i dont get is why is it so bare when the interior is so good, Plus the music is good too...

Zouk is just as expensive agreed, but DXO is definately a place where the word FUN is never enough.

Fucked up system...money minded boss

So i was supposed to work 4 days this week till i found out that belinda planned me only 3 days...so i was kinda uphappy but wtf can i do right?...

I went to work on Thurs and Doreen brought this topic about our days being shortened...

I realised that the new workers are working the same amt of days as the old timers...i mean wtf....Then theres this new motherfucker called Marcus Aw...super dimwit...

Firstly hes so cocky to us...thinks hes like some big shot..whereas he seems like a fly to me...
Second that fucker likes to play Bhudda...just sitting in front of the cashier day dreaming...urgh..

Hes been with us for over a week and he dosent even know how to open a wine bottle...damm sad...Best part..Hes working in a Wine Shop!!!

Thirdly...cuz of him..we get screwed by customers...Customers hafta wait so long for their bill to come back...over half an hour...1 customer even left...without even signing the reciept and getting his credit card..

Fourthly...fucker likes to act smart...today he charged a customer twice cuz he forgotten to tear away the written captain's order...

Fifth...If he cant get along with us..how does he expect to PR to customers...and the thing is that customers come to the shop cuz of us...they are our regulars...now u put a newcomer on the busiest day of the week and a cocky one too...and u expect our customers to be happy? Fuck no..

I found out that our boss shortened our days so he dosent hafta pay us CPF...cuz the rule is that if ur salary goes beyond 500 bucks..u hafta contribute 13% of it....AS WELL AS ur boss contributing his own money to YOUR CPF...thats why hes hiring more people...puts everyone on a avg of 3 days and therefore no one can go beyond 500 bucks which saves him having to contribute 13% to our CPF...Fucking Sly..

Just now i just found out from aunty Sally Chew that the boss went back on his word...cuz he didnt contribute 13% to her CPF..she could sue him man..but the aunty so poor thing...

The Aunty is a very good example of someone who puts in effort...she really goes all out to do the interpretation of the food..cuz she cant read English..therefore she takes pictures of the food and labels them A B C D....

Den the boss reduced her pay to 6bucks whereas that fucking numbnet gets 6.50...

before they were hired...we agreed that the old timers get a higher pay..lets say 6.50 n the new workers get paid 6...i mean wtf...he dosent do shyt man >.<
